No. While Morado on Berry is located on TCU’s campus, it is privately owned and professionally managed by a third-party company. As a result, it is not considered official TCU on-campus housing and is not available as an on-campus housing selection through the university.

Yes! Morado on Berry offers two parking options, both available for an additional monthly fee:
On-site Parking Garage: A convenient covered, multi-level parking garage located on the property.
Off-site Parking: Additional parking provided by TCU. More details will be available later.
To reserve a parking space, residents must complete a parking addendum as part of their lease agreement. Parking is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. Please contact our leasing team for current pricing and availability.
Morado on Berry offers individual leases, providing added peace of mind for residents and their families. With an individual lease, each resident is responsible only for their own monthly installment—not the payments of their roommates. Yes! If you don’t already have roommates selected, we offer a complimentary roommate-matching service. Based on your roommate questionnaire, our team matches residents with similar lifestyles, majors, interests, hobbies, organizations, and living preferences. We make every effort to pair compatible roommates to create a positive living experience.
All leases are 12-month agreements, August 1, 2027-July 15, 2028, however relet options are always available, see office for details.
