We’re just 0.6 miles from Texas Christian University and a 9-minute walk from the TCU Office of Admissions, so residents can stay connected to classes, clubs, and other campus activities.

Morado on Berry offers individual leases. That means each resident is responsible for their own monthly installment rather than their roommates’ payments. Monthly installments include the apartment, furniture, and access to Morado’s resident-exclusive on-site amenities.
