No. Morado is located on TCU’s campus, but it is privately owned and professionally managed. It is not operated by TCU and cannot be selected through the university’s on-campus housing process.
Yes. TCU, Kroger, Walgreens, coffee shops, restaurants, and a city bus stop are all within walking distance. Medical students who regularly travel to Arnold Hall or off-site clinical placements may benefit from bringing a personal vehicle to our TCU off-campus apartments.

A city bus stop on Berry is about a 30-second walk from Morado. Residents can also reserve a space in the community’s covered, multi-level parking garage for a monthly fee. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
